PayPal Pay with Rewards Terms and Conditions

In order to redeem your Cashback Bonus® or Miles ("Rewards") for purchases made through the PayPal "Pay with Rewards" program ("Pay with Rewards"), your Rewards accounts must be in good standing and you must complete the Pay with Rewards enrollment process and agree to the following terms and conditions. Enrollment is currently limited to the Discover it®, Discover it Chrome, Discover it Miles, Discover it Student, Discover it Student Chrome, Discover More, Discover it Business, and Discover it Secured Credit Cards ("Card").
All Pay with Rewards redemptions are subject to the terms of your Discover Card® agreement. We may prevent you from redeeming your rewards based on your account status. Pay with Rewards is only available for eligible purchases with certain merchants, and PayPal or Discover may limit, suspend, or terminate your ability to redeem Rewards at any time, in accordance with the PayPal User Agreement and Discover Card agreement. Discover and PayPal Pay with Rewards Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without notice. We will post notice on this page of any modifications we make to this Agreement. We reserve the right to stop providing Pay with Rewards at any time.
Your Rewards balance will be linked to your PayPal account using the Card you selected. If your Card account is linked to a PayPal account that is not your own, or you allow others to access your PayPal account in which you have enrolled your Card, your Rewards balance will be displayed and your Rewards will be available for their use. You authorize Discover Bank and its affiliates (collectively, "Discover") to provide PayPal with information about your Rewards balance.
Your Rewards balance will be reduced to reflect the amount of your purchase once an order is submitted. There is no fee to redeem your Rewards with PayPal. To redeem your rewards at checkout, you must select the Discover Card from which you want to redeem rewards. If you do not pay for your full purchase with rewards, you must use the Discover Card from which the rewards were applied to pay for the remainder of your purchase. You may not use a credit card from an issuer other than Discover or another Discover credit card enrolled in Pay with Rewards in conjunction with the rewards transaction.
Purchases made with Rewards will be subject to the merchant and/or PayPal’s standard return policies. For fully canceled or refunded transactions, the Rewards portion of your original transaction will be refunded to your Rewards balance and the Card funded portion will be refunded to your Card. If you split your payment between your Rewards and your Card, PayPal / merchant will choose the order and the split of funds that will be credited (Card/Rewards) when processing a cancellation or refund.
Transactions that do not qualify using Pay with Rewards include send money (peer to peer) transactions, recurring payments, in-store and non-US-Dollar transactions.
