We've already established a strong foundation for financial literacy and inclusion, and we know we can do more. This year, we will kick off a Financial Inclusion Taskforce with employees from across the company to help us develop our first Financial Inclusion goal, which will be announced in 2024.

PATHWAY TO FINANCIAL SUCCESS
Pathway to Financial Success is a program we launched to empower students to take control of their financial futures. Our program includes a comprehensive financial literacy curriculum at no cost for middle and high schools through classroom and family activities.
- Over 7.3 million students have participated since 2012
- Over 1.6 million students participated in 2022
- Over 60% of participating schools are Title 1 schools
